Not often do my walks ever fall on a day when we have had snow, despite the amount of the snow we have had over the last few years, so despite some people not being a fan of snow, this was a real treat for me.
The walk was at Helmshore up in Rossendale near Burnley. A fav spot for me as spent over 3 years in Rossendale working on the stroll to your goal project so ventured a lot around the borough. It an't much changed all this time later.
Anyway, despite the snow, the walk was very interesting seeing the land covered in snow and ice and was quite easy to walk on, just rather nippy. Managed to get some rather interesting pictures as well.
