Excellent walk at Frodsham and it's hill fort.
Me and Mark visited a while back the fort on a short walk, but starting in town we did a full 6-7 mile walk around Frodsham hill with great views over Stanlow and towards Runcorn.
Bit of an up hill, down dale walk it felt as we were walking around a hill, some interesting views and good company. Maybe see if I can expand the walk as little shorter than I was expecting it to be. Be good to try and include Helsby hill, but maybe a bit to far to include on the same walk.
