Out Walk : Macclesfield Forest - 3rd June 2007

Hi everyone.

Well Sunday was our Outeverywhere walk around the Macclesfield Forest and Teggs Nose Country Park on the edge of the Derbyshire Hills. We had fine weather for the walk despite the threat of rain, which kept away, and instead we got good sunshine throughout the walk.

We only had a few people turn up which was good, it's a pity some regulars missed out on such a lovely walk. Plenty of information was provided about the species of plants that grow within the Forest aswell as pieces of information of the area providing an enjoyable walk and a chance to explore a new area of the Cheshire County that I have not done before.

We both enjoyed ourselves a lot as this a good way of undertaking a joint venture as a couple.

We have a link below to where there are photos of the walk. Please do take a look and keep an eye out for more information coming on our blog from the pair of us.
